Welcome! I’m Kelsey. A Birth Doula serving Northern Virginia and the surrounding area.

For over 10 years, I have worked in the medical field, dedicating myself to supporting people in various capacities. Over time, I felt a deep calling to shift my focus, to support women in a more nurturing, deeply supportive way, one that honors their unique experiences and needs. My true passion lies in something more meaningful: empowering women to have the best birth experiences possible, on their own terms.

I believe that every woman deserves the best birth outcomes, and my mission is to help them achieve that through a holistic, compassionate approach. My allegiance lies firmly with the women I work with—helping them feel heard, supported, and confident in their own voice throughout their journey.

As a reiki practitioner, I also integrate energy healing into my practice, embracing the healing power of touch and nature to nurture both mind and body. In my personal time, I’m often barefoot, grounded in the earth, and continuously inspired by the world around me.

My goal is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel truly cared for, empowered, and confident as you navigate one of the most life-changing experiences.
